What you will be doing:  

• Be the face of our deli—greet guests with warmth, energy, and an infectious enthusiasm for great food.

• Create a welcoming, dynamic atmosphere where regulars feel at home and new visitors become lifelong fans.

• Oversee daily deli operations, ensuring service flows smoothly and every detail is just right.

• Inspire and support your team, leading by example to foster an environment of creativity, hospitality, and excellence.

• Maintain top-tier food quality and service standards, upholding our commitment to freshness, taste, and safety.

• Manage scheduling and team coverage, making sure the deli always runs like a well-oiled machine.
